Usually, I start the year with all these high expectations of myself. I’m going to lose weight! I’m going to work out EVERY day! I’m going to . . . whatever!
Not. This. Year.
This year, I resolved to make 50 resolutions. Not all in one day. Not all starting on a Monday. Or the first of the month. Starting randomly throughout the year. I figure by making 50 small changes in my life, I will be living a happier and healthier life by the end of the year.
